  • Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
  • Ordering of Personal protective equipment, work clothes and IT
  • Booking trainings and medicals
  • Supporting the Field Resource Manager to ensure operational readiness of our Technicians
  • Supporting with the running of training compliance checks and follow up actions with Field Resource Manager and Technicians to ensure all certification is up to date
  • Setting up the technicians on all systems – such Training Web, Filed Service Management, Resource Plan and others required
  • Update and maintain the Resource plans to ensure all windfarms have the most up to date information.
  • Key user of internal training systems
  • Completed training as an office management assistant with professional experience
  • Knowledge of ordering
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
  • Solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
  • Ability to work in a team
