- Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
- Ordering of Personal protective equipment, work clothes and IT
- Booking trainings and medicals
- Supporting the Field Resource Manager to ensure operational readiness of our Technicians
- Supporting with the running of training compliance checks and follow up actions with Field Resource Manager and Technicians to ensure all certification is up to date
- Setting up the technicians on all systems – such Training Web, Filed Service Management, Resource Plan and others required
- Update and maintain the Resource plans to ensure all windfarms have the most up to date information.
- Key user of internal training systems
- Completed training as an office management assistant with professional experience
- Knowledge of ordering
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Ability to work in a team
