• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities
• Create detailed work instructions and procedures for maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate master data in the maintenance database, including equipment records and maintenance histories
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure timely execution of tasks
• Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities, minimizing disruption
• Generate, prioritize, and manage work orders for maintenance tasks
• Ensure work orders include all necessary information and track their progress
• Allocate resources (technicians, tools, spare parts) to ensure successful task completion
• Monitor personnel availability and adjust plans as needed
• Documentation and Record-Keeping
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and ensure documentation is accurate and accessible

• Degree in engineering, maintenance management, or related field, alternately an apprenticeship/trade school experience in the field of maintenance management
• Several years of experience in maintenance planning or a related role within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Maintenance Management Systems and maintenance best practices
• Understanding of maintenance processes and systems in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques
• Fluent english language skills
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Ability to develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules and work orders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with various departments
• Ability to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure task completion
