• Planning and performing inhouse refresh activities on laboratory systems or laboratory automation according to work instructions
• Performing smaller troubleshooting as part of refresh activities
• Meeting communicated deadlines
• Documenting performed activities in the CRM system

• Any technical degree or at least technical understanding/work experience
• Ability to read, understand, and comply technical work processes, and work instructions
• Fluent written and spoken English skills, German skills are a plus
