• Handling escalation management in close contact with SHIs as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Analyzing reimbursement processes, identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to Business Operations
• Being key contact for SHIs and internal and external stakeholders with respect to process questions
• Supporting for SHIs and internal and external stakeholders with respect to process questions
• Liaising with market access, e-commerce as well as customer service team to improve the escalation resolution
• Interacting with internal and external service providers to ensure prompt resolution of inquiries
• Dealing with all sorts of ad-hoc requests concerning the entire reimbursement process

• Completed Abitur or adequate mercantile apprenticeship with on the job experience
• Adequate University degree
• Ideally international exposure through education and work within an international corporation
• Work experience required
• Experience in escalation management preferred
• Work experience in eCommerce or in a customer service setting, ideally for health insurances
• Work experience with reimbursement processes preferred
• Native in German and fluent in English language
• Excellent MS-Office-skills
• Genernal interest in and understanding of IT systems
• Salesforce training preferred
• Project Management certification preferred
